What is your favorite family tradition?

A family tradition that we are looking forward to starting is getting together with family every summer and taking a trip to one of our favorite resorts in Orlando for some R & R! It's so fun seeing all of the kids playing and building memories!

Tell us about your favorite family story.

My husband and I met in 2011, moved in together in 2012 to our first home, got engaged in 2015, married in 2016, and welcome our baby girl in 2019. We love our little family of three and look forward to adding to our G unit in the future!

What is your family's motto?

Laughter and love is the center of our family.

What's your number one tip for new parents?

Live in the moment and don't sweat every little thing. Life with a new baby can be hectic and you can feel overwhelmed very easily, just take whatever time you need with your baby and everything will fall into place.

What has been the most surprising thing you've learned as a parent?

How much perspective you get when you become a parent. Suddenly things you thought were so important aren't as important anymore.

Tell us about your funniest parenting story (we all have them!)

The first day we brought our daughter home, my husband was changing her diaper and she was having a crying fit. Our brother in law was there visiting and we were trying to get our daughter to stop crying while my husband was changing her diaper when he was applying the desitin with the babybum applicator and he placed it next to her face (he thought it had suctioned) when all of a sudden it fell over and desitin got all over her face! We died of laughter! Thankfully she was fine and it was one of the funniest moments ever!
