Everyone at BirdRock Baby is committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with our products and are happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you're less than satisfied with your order, you're free to return it no questions asked. How can we do this? BirdRock Baby's moccasins are the some of the highest quality products on the market, with overwhelming customer satisfaction rates.

How to Make a Return

While we're disappointed that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are going to do everything we can to make sure you have a smooth return process.  To return an item, simply:

  1. E-mail hello@birdrockbaby.com to initiate your return.
  2. Ship your package back to BirdRock Baby via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at:

  3. As soon as we receive the item back, we'll credit your original payment method with the full amount of your return.

Charges and Credits

BirdRock Baby will refund you 100% of what you paid for your order.  We don't deduct our original shipping charges or take any restocking fee.  You'll receive a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account you used to place your order.

Third Party Purchases

Did you purchase your BirdRock Baby moccasins through a third party rather than on birdrockbaby.com?  We work exclusively with vendors with return policies as liberal as ours.  If you purchased your BirdRock Baby moccasins through a third party, you'll need to return it through them as well, but we promise to help make the process go as smoothly as possible.  Contact us if you have any questions and we'll make sure the ball is rolling.
