Flimsy and shapeless

Unfortunately, we purchased two pairs of these in two different colors, and they will both be returned. Seeing as these are listed as "hard soled" we assumed they would have been a bit more substantial in construction and overall quality. Sadly, they feel and appear extremely cheap. They definitely are not built for a child who is active. Also, the picture makes it appear that the fringe is secured to the main body of the shoe - it isn't. It is incredibly flappy/flimsy, uneven in length, and does not lay flat. The overall aesthetic is very "costume" looking. We honestly wouldn't have bought these shoes for a tenth of the price. Yes, they are genuine leather, but that doesn't translate into quality.

Unfortunately my guy is right between sizes, but we will definitely keep these until he grows into them! We’ve ordered several pairs and love them. Great quality and excellent price point. Easy to put on and definitely is my son’s favorite shoe.
