The BirdRock Baby Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every BirdRock Baby product. If your product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during its useful life under normal use, we'll provide one replacement per original purchase, free of charge. Replacements will be for the same size and style as the original purchase, subject to availability, and may not be exchanged for a different size or style.

The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, loss, or products that have been outgrown. A replacement fulfills the guarantee for the original purchase and is not itself eligible for additional replacements. If a replacement is unavailable, we may instead issue a refund of the original purchase price.
