Our Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders over $49! For orders under $49, we charge $4.95 for Standard Shipping. While we'd love to be able to ship orders under $49 for free, we just cannot do so while running a sustainable business that treats our team as well as our customers like family.

If you choose our Standard Shipping option, your order will arrive in 2-4 business days. We also offer Expedited Shipping for $10.95, which will get your order to you at least 1 day faster (1-3 business days). All orders are shipped within 1 business day!

All BirdRock Baby products are stocked and ship from our San Diego, California warehouse. Have you been burned by a "made to order" item that takes days on end to process, or is drop shipped from a sketchy overseas warehouse? We have, and it stinks. If you see an item available on our website, it's ready to ship - we value your business.

Our Return Policy

We are committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with our purchase.

If for any reason you're not thrilled with your order, we welcome you to return it for a full refund. No questions asked. We're committed to making products our customers love.

We don't charge any restocking fees on returns, and we provide a prepaid return label to send your order back. Our goal is to make the return process as painless as possible. To initiate a return, e-mail our San Diego based customer service team at hello@birdrockbaby.comand we'll get the ball rolling!

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. Regretfully we have had to pause international shipping for now. We've had too many packages sent to other countries lost, resulting in a poor experience for our international customers and an unsustainable business offering for us.

Hopefully in the future we'll be able to find a more reliable international shipping option. It truly pains us to not be able to offer our products all over the world, but (despite a ton of hard work to get things right) international shipping delays and lost packages have been the source of endless headaches for our customers and our customer service team.
