Our Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all domestic orders! We get it, paying for shipping is no fun. That's why we offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders (no order minimums). If you're in a hurry, you can pay for upgraded Expedited Shipping at checkout.

We ship orders out CRAZY fast. If we receive your order by 12:00pm California time on a business day, it will ship out same-day. Orders received after our daily order cutoff will ship out the next business day.

All orders ship from our San Diego, CA location. Have you been burned by a "made to order" item that takes days on end to process, or is drop shipped from a sketchy overseas warehouse? We have, and it stinks. Our team personally ships every order out the door - we care about our product quality, and we value your business.

Standard Shipping will take 2-4 business days to get to your door, while Expedited Shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world!If you're an international customer, you'll see a shipping calculator at checkout that will allow you to see the true cost of shipping. We bill the trust cost of international shipping, and don't add on any additional handling fees.

Please note: for international customers, your country's Customs department may levy additional fees, tariffs, or taxes on your order. Unfortunately these are completely out of our control, and and all duties are the responsibility of the package recipient. We are not able to mark orders as gifts, reduce amounts on Customs declarations, or reimburse customers for duties, taxes, or levies. There are no exceptions here, and we appreciate your understanding.

Our Return Policy

Everyone at BirdRock Baby is committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with our products and are happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you're free to return it for a full refund. No questions asked. We're committed to making products our customers love.

We don't charge any restocking fees on returns, and we cover the cost incurred in shipping your order out to you. We do ask that you take responsibility for getting your return sent back to us.
