Shipping is free on all orders over $49! For orders under $49, we charge $4.95 for Standard Shipping. While we'd love to be able to ship orders under $49 for free, we just cannot do so while running a sustainable business that treats our team as well as our customers like family.

If you choose our Standard Shipping option, your order will arrive in 2-4 business days. We also offer Expedited Shipping for $10.95, which will get your order to you at least 1 day faster (1-3 business days). All orders are shipped within 1 business day!

All BirdRock Baby products are stocked and ship from our San Diego, California warehouse. Have you been burned by a "made to order" item that takes days on end to process, or is drop shipped from a sketchy overseas warehouse? We have, and it stinks. If you see an item available on our website, it's ready to ship - we value your business.

We do ship internationally! Please note that all international orders are final sale. We will work diligently to get your order shipped out quickly and accurately from our San Diego warehouse, but from there international shipping is out of our control. That means:

• No returns
• No exchanges
• No item guarantees
• No refunds or replacements for packages lost, damaged, or arriving late
• No refunds for customs duties or bills your local country may try to charge you

Pricing for international shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. It will vary depending on your country and the items you order.

If for any reason you're not thrilled with your order, we welcome you to return it within 90 days for a full refund. No questions asked. We're committed to making products our customers love.
