About Our Products

We highly recommend measuring your little one's feet to ensure the perfect fit! While our products fit to international standards, baby footwear sizing varies significantly from brand to brand.

You can view our Baby Moccasins Size Chart and our Baby Booties Size Chart for their exact measurements.

We work with a variety of high quality manufacturers around the world to bring BirdRock Baby products to you. Our moccasins are handmade in China, our booties are sewn in India, and our soap is crafted in the United States.

Every single BirdRock Baby product is checked for quality at our San Diego warehouse and ships same-day, so you can rest assured you'll receive your order quickly.

Ordering Information

All orders placed by 2:00pm will ship out same-day from our San Diego warehouse. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff will ship out the next business day.

We offer 3 shipping speeds: Standard (3-6 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and Overnight (1 business day).

Our team strives to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. We know how important it is for you to get your order fast, and we do everything we can to meet and exceed your expectations.

Absolutely! You'll receive an e-mail with your order information as soon as your order is placed.

When your order ships out, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

We stock everything in our store, ready to ship immediately. Our shipping cutoff is 2:00pm PST; all orders placed before this time will ship out same-day. If your order is placed after our cutoff, it will leave our San Diego warehouse at the start of the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Absolutely! We're committed to selling products you are absolutely thrilled with. If at any point you're not happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a no questions asked refund.

We don't charge any restocking fees, return fees, or exchange fees.

We do ask that you take care of getting your return or exchange back to our returns department, but we cover the additional shipping cost to send out your new order for exchanges.

We'd be happy to help! Please send an e-mail to hello@birdrockbaby.com with your order number and let us know if you'd like a return or exchange. If you'd like an exchange, please indicate which size and color you'd like as well as the shipping address you'd like them sent to.
