How do I select the right size moccasins or booties?

We highly recommend measuring your little one's feet to ensure the perfect fit! While our products fit to international standards, baby footwear sizing varies significantly from brand to brand.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $49, Standard Shipping is free. We charge $4.95 for Standard Shipping on orders under $49. We also offer Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping takes 2-4 business days to reach your door. Expedited Shipping takes 1-3 business days to reach your door.

We ship all orders within 1 business day, and we know how important it is for you to get your order fast. We do everything we can to meet and exceed your expectations.

When will my order ship?

We stock everything in our store. If you see an item available, it's ready to ship immediately. We ship all orders within 1 business day!

Do you ship internationally?

Regretfully we have had to pause international shipping. We've had too many packages sent to other countries lost, resulting in a poor experience for our international customers and an unsustainable business offering for us. Hopefully in the future we'll be able to find a more reliable international shipping option. It truly pains us to not be able to offer our products all over the world, but (despite a ton of hard work to get things right) international shipping delays and lost packages have been the source of endless headaches for our customers and our customer service team.
